Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children from 1 to 6 years are charged USD 6.50 per night when using existing bedding. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged USD 9.50 per night when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged USD 11.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
10 % VAT is included. 12 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
